CAVC, LLC is the brainchild of CEO Terri-Jane Siega, BS, RN. Being a former business owner, having gone through a career change which landed her in the exciting, challenging, ever changing world of healthcare, her desire to create a company with a completely different way of doing business has come to fruition. Utilizing a business model built on the ideal, "The belief that the only regret a person should have to live with is not learning from the life they have lived through" and incorporating the values "pay it forward always, hard work deserves to be rewarded, respect is necessary, and inspiration is contagious, Critical Access Vital Connections will absolutely leave a lasting mark on the healthcare industry and how employees are treated as well as compensated.
